We loved the convenient location of the hotel, with the ski shuttle right outside the door and a minute walk to the shuttle for the better skiing on the other side. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their enthusiasm for our dog. the family duplex we stayed in was perfect for us, with a small downstairs double and a spacious loft for our teenagers. the New Year's Eve dinner was delicious, and we had a great time at the party afterwards. the hotel had a lovely, authentic Savoyard feel and we would definitely stay here again.
Felt fine, no reason to complain.

This hotel is located right in the centre of the friendly village, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying the local atmosphere. For those looking to visit nearby ski resorts, the hotel's prime location is perfectly positioned for easy access. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate early check-in requests and taking care of guests who weren't feeling well. The rooms, though on the smaller side, were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
The noise levels were a bit high, as the rooms were located near the terrace and road. However, this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Spent Easter in a charming hotel in the alps. The views were breathtaking and the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the town and the shuttle bus conveniently stopped in front of the hotel. The pool was lovely and offered a great retreat from the spring sun. , the food served in the restaurant was delicious, especially the grab-and-go breakfast with freshly baked pastries and hot drink to start the day.
The room lacked adequate lighting which made it dark and difficult to see. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided, only soap.

The restaurant serves delicious traditional cuisine including raclette, tartiflette, and cheese fondue. We indulged in these mouthwatering dishes and it felt like we were tasting a slice of heaven. The flavors were so rich and satisfying, it was like being wrapped in a warm, cheesy embrace.
Limited reception assistance.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the stunning views of the snow-capped mountains from the balcony of our room, along with the beautiful wood interior that created a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Another great aspect of the hotel was its convenient location, with easy access to the ski area and just a short walk to the nearby town for a lovely dinner.
the service was inconsistent, with one day having to wait over an hour for the next course and the next day being served too quickly.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with snow capped mountains that were simply jaw-dropping! The cozy log cabin vibe of the room made us feel like we were in our own little getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The owner was a delight, always friendly and helpful, even providing a heater when we felt a bit chilly. The breakfast was delicious and filled us up for our onward journey. The hotel was ideally located, just a short walk from the village and with free parking right outside. our stay was fantastic, with a charming atmosphere, helpful staff, and great amenities like the restaurant and free parking. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
